About my education and professional experience
For a couple of years I studied special education at Tartu University. Following that I moved on
to a field more interesting to me – psychology. Studies in psychology were crowned
with M.A. degree in clinical psychology. In addition to the years at the university I have
further educated myself in various studies in psychotherapy both in Estonia and Denmark.
I entered the field of corporate training in the middle of 1990s when I worked as a teacher
of psychology of communication and customer service at Dentes School of Health Care.
My work as a communication trainer began at the end of 1990s. After earning my M.A. degree
at Tartu University I worked for the training and development company Self II as a trainer
and consultant. I participated in training and consulting projects in many different companies
in Estonia. My favourite areas were subjects of self-management. In 2004–2006 I worked for
Playtech Estonia, initially as a personnel specialist and later as a training manager. Those
years provided me with a valuable practical experience of working in a rapidly developing and
successful organisation and managing people and processes.

About the work that I do
In the process of trainings and consultations people can gain new knowledge and develop skills already there. Participants get a chance to compare their experiences with those of their colleagues, to discover new viewpoints and possible ways of response. Every human conceals a lot of mental power that can be concentrated and realised in a very efficient way. But this only in case an activity is meaningful and reasoned. I believe that people are able to live a life to the fullest if they keep in mind their ideals, is diligent to learn and eager to apply what has been learned. One’s life journey is to a large measure in his own hands – as a trainer I want to provide him with as many useful „tools“ which he can then put in use in order to himself form his life’s story.

About my personal life
In my life I value first of all balance in different areas of life. I consider important to find self-realisation both in family life as well as professionally, being in shape both mentally and physically. I like to constantly learn something new and to test myself in different situations
